Title: Business Development Manager – Hospitality & Student Living (FF&E)
Location: Hybrid – UK national travel (2 days Midlands HQ, 3 days field )

The Role
We’re looking for a high‑energy deal‑maker to spearhead growth in the hospitality & student living sectors. You’ll own a portfolio of named chains and main contractors, taking opportunities from first meeting through to contract award.
What You’ll Do
* Map and target c. 50 key accounts using HubSpot ABM tools.
* Build multi‑level relationships (asset managers, project leads, QS).
* Lead discovery, develop ROI cases and coordinate estimators/designers.
* Secure pilot projects, then convert into multi‑site frameworks.
* Smash monthly KPIs: >10 meetings, >£1 m qualified pipeline, >1 proposal/week.
* Report weekly to Sales Director & MD.
About You
* 5+ yrs selling contract furniture, fit‑out or FF&E packages (£500k+ deals).
* Black book inside Unite Students, Accor, IHG, Bowmer + Kirkland etc.
* Fluent in HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and virtual demo tools.
* Commercially sharp: can build margin models and negotiate at C‑level.
* Passionate about sustainability & circular design.

* £40 k basic + uncapped commission (£100k)
* Car allowance, pension, 25 days leave.
