Compliance Coordinator - Wembley, London - £18p/h
Are you an experienced Compliance Coordinator? Do you have a background within Facilities Management? If so, we'd love to hear from you! CBW is excited to offer an opportunity for a Compliance Coordinator to join a leading Facilities Management team on one of their flagship contracts.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in working closely with facility managers to maintain high standards across their facilities by overseeing compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
Hours/Details
* Monday - Friday
* 8am - 5pm
* Permanent position
* £18p/h
* Must have experience within a Compliance role for the Facilities Management industry
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the induction, learning, and permit processes as part of a small team based within the Permit Office.
* Review Contractor RAMS for approval in advance of works.
* Visit work sites to assess work for compliance with site and business policies.
* Ensure correct Permit to Work is implemented.
* Record and monitor electrical and mechanical isolations to ensure the applicable documentation is in place and correctly recorded.
* Compile and maintain safety files and other relevant documentation.
* Ensure compliance documentation is in place, accurate, and properly filed to assist with audits.
* Report on subcontractor performance regarding safety compliance issues.
* Plan, schedule, and review SHE Committee Meetings.
* Attend Safety and Compliance meetings on behalf of the department.
* Coordinate and participate in investigations of incidents, accidents, and near misses.
* Prepare monthly SHE reports, statistics, and presentations related to Permit Office performance.
* Report to the Service Support Manager / Client SHEQ Manager on corrective actions for NCR reports.
* Perform other work-related duties as assigned by management.
* Collate health and safety documentation for authorities.
* Review and update the Health and Safety plan as needed.
* Undertake overtime for works outside normal hours, such as during events, liaising with onsite FM teams and service partners.
* Utilize the client's CAFM system for accurate service provision data.
* Demonstrate high-level Health & Safety knowledge to ensure safe work delivery.
* Maintain a professional image and uphold the Corporate Identity as a brand ambassador.
