Field Service Engineer
Responsibilities
* Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Socomec’s electrical and power systems, including UPS, energy storage, and critical power solutions.
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
* Collaborate with clients to provide tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
* Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards while exceeding performance benchmarks.
Qualifications
* A strong background in electrical or electronic engineering.
* Engineering education in Electrical Engineering.
* Proven experience in field service, critical power, or data centre environments.
* Hands‑on expertise in UPS systems, power electronics, or similar technologies.
* A proactive problem‑solver with excellent communication and customer service skills.
* A valid driver’s licence.
