Salary: Grade E Salary A GBP 33,143 per annum
Vacancy Type: Permanent, 37 hours per week, however you may occasionally need to work beyond normal office hours. Agile working arrangements can be discussed with the successful candidate.

About the Role
A position has become available to coordinate and supervise the administration activities within the Prevention department. The successful candidate will ensure the provision of a high quality and efficient administrative service to facilitate the delivery of the Prevention portfolio activities.
With experience of implementing administrative procedures, managing performance and working as part of a busy team, you will manage the Prevention Administrator, supervise and control their day:to:day workload and determine priorities to ensure that targets and deadlines are met.
Excellent administration, time management and communication skills are essential.
There will be a requirement for some travel for which a pool car will be provided.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will bring the following qualifications and experience:
* 5 GCSEs or equivalent qualification : Grade C or above in English and Mathematics.
* NVQ Level 3 in relevant subject or demonstrable experience.
* Relevant typing qualification or demonstrable experience.
* Supervisory management.
* Working in an office:based environment.
* Windows based software including Word and Excel.
* Use of databases and extracting reports.
* Dealing with the public and external customers.
* Dealing with confidential and sensitive issues ensuring that systems are coordinated to maintain confidentiality.
* Preparation of reports and statistical information.
