Staff Nurse/ODP - Emergency Theatre
Location: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, Foresterhill Campus, Aberdeen, Scotland.
Remuneration
* Band 5 NHS Scotland salary.
* Relocation allowance up to £8,000.
Responsibilities
* Participate in day/night shifts as part of a 24‑hour emergency theatre service.
* Assist with surgical procedures, including scrubbing, anesthesia support, and patient care.
* Maintain high standards of infection control, documentation, and teamwork.
* Support the Theatre Academy and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
* Qualified registered nurse with experience in perioperative or emergency care.
* Dynamic, enthusiastic, strong team player with a proven attendance record.
* Willingness to work flexible schedules including night shifts.
* Portfolio of perioperative experience, including scrub and anaesthetics, is advantageous but not essential.
