We are recruiting for an interesting neighbourhood restaurant / gastro pub in North West London.
This role offers an unique combination of gastro pub dining:
70 seater casual events space offering everything from bowl food to canape parties
a set menu offering for a unique Taste Film Experience
a brunch menu
pub meals
a la carte dining
This role would be ideal for a flexible and creative chef who would work well with the hands on owner (who is also a Chef) to offer an amazing experience to the customers.
You should have varied experience ideally in both pub and restaurants, to allow for the creativity it needs to managed the varied offerings within the site. You will be a strong, organised manager who can successfully manage various events at the same time, ensuring food goes out in a timely manner to whatever is booked at the time.
There is a strong kitchen team to offer support, some of who have been there for many years.
Working 4 days on, 3 days off each week.
