The Payload (Pay & Perks)
* Salary: £45,000 – £52,000 Basic (Depending on experience).
* Total Earnings: OTE £56,000 via performance and efficiency bonuses.
* Hours: Monday - Friday only (Strictly no weekends).
* The Goods: 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, company pension, and free onsite parking.
* Training: Ongoing technical training, including Hybrid and EV qualifications.
* Tech: Modern workshop with dealer-level diagnostic equipment and specialist tooling.
* Location: Maidstone, ideally located for those in Aylesford, Sevenoaks, or Medway.
What You Will Be Doing
* Specialist Diagnostics: Using advanced dealer-level software to solve complex electrical and software issues on modern German marques.
* Major Mechanical Overhauls: Handling everything from performance tuning to full engine stripping and rebuilds.
* High-Level Repairs: Executing intricate mechanical work with a focus on precision and quality.
* Future-Proofing: Working on the latest hybrid and electric vehicle systems.
* Quality Control: Maintaining the 5-star standards that our Maidstone customers expect.
Are You The One?
* Experience: You are an ambitious Master Technician or Senior Mechanic (Level 3 Qualified).
* Expertise: You have a strong background in German brands or VAG vehicles.
* Technical Skill: You are comfortable with deep-level mechanical work, including engine stripping and advanced diagnostics.
* License: You hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
* Bonus: Experience with supercars is a massive bonus but not essential.
