We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Sales Professional to lead new business development within the UK Energy & Utilities sector. This is a strategic, high-impact role ideal for a results-oriented sales leader who thrives on identifying and closing complex opportunities across professional services and technology solutions.
Responsibilities
Drive new business growth by identifying, pursuing, and winning high-value clients ("new logos") within the UK Energy & Utilities sector
Sell Expleo's professional services and technology solutions, tailoring offerings to meet client needs and market demands
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand Expleo's footprint and brand presence across the vertical
Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets, continuously monitoring performance and supporting team success
Build and nurture long-term client relationships, including engagement with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers
Collaborate cross-functionally to design and deliver innovative service lines and bundled solutions that drive client value
Coordinate with other regions to grow Expleo's presence across multi-national portfolios and strategic accounts
Represent Expleo externally, acting as a key spokesperson and maintaining a strong personal brand within the Energy & Utilities sector

Deep understanding of the UK Energy & Utilities market
Proven success in selling professional services and technology solutions
Strong network within the sector, with ability to engage C-level decision-makers
Expertise in bid development and sales proposals
Self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills
