Job Description
* Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
* Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

* Resolve discrepancies and handle queries related to accounts payable
* Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes
* Assist in month-end closing procedures for accounts payable
* Support the wider accounting and finance team with administrative tasks
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of payments
The Successful Applicant
A successful French Speaking Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
* Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken
* Experience in accounts payable or a related accounting role
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork
