We are currently recruiting Unqualified Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools via a teaching agency. This role offers a mix of short‑term and long‑term placements, providing flexible work and valuable classroom experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in education, step into a classroom‑based role, or make a rewarding career change while supporting young people’s learning.
The Role:
* Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher
* Delivering pre‑planned lessons and ensuring students remain on task
* Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Supporting students with their learning and maintaining a positive learning environment
* Working across KS3–KS5 depending on school needs
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous classroom or school‑based experience is a strong advantage, but not essential
* Confidence to manage a classroom and engage secondary‑age students
* Strong communication skills and a calm, professional approach
* A flexible and adaptable attitude
* Experience in education, youth work, coaching, tutoring, or similar roles is welcomed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
