As a Senior Consultant in Oracle HR Technology, you will be instrumental in delivering transformative HR solutions for our clients. Leveraging your expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and functional HR processes, you will guide clients through complex digital transformations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, HR policy, and compliance with government regulations (where relevant).
Role Responsibilities
* Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements.
* Lead specific workstreams such as functional, testing, process, data migration, or integration
* Support the design and delivery of Oracle HCM solutions across multiple modules
* Advise clients on HR best practices, operating models, and compliance frameworks within the public sector.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, change, testing) to deliver end-to-end transformation programs from discovery through deployment.
* Support change management, training, and user adoption strategies to ensure long-term success and value add for the client.
* Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring system integrity and user satisfaction.
* Contribute to business development through proposal writing, client presentations, and thought leadership.
Profile Requirements
An ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and a collaborative mindset, with the following capabilities:
* Deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Talent, Payroll), including hands-on configuration experience.
* Strong understanding of HR operating models, public sector HR policies, and regulatory compliance.
* Experience in full lifecycle Oracle implementations, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment.
* Familiarity with Oracle reporting tools (e.g., OTBI, BI Publisher) and basic SQL is a plus.
* Demonstrates agility, innovation, a collaborative and continuous improvement mindset in dynamic environments.
* Demonstrate flexibility to work across different technologies and roles, including business analysis and functional consulting, in line with our delivery model
* Support broader transformation initiatives beyond platform-specific implementations, including operating model design, business case development, and stakeholder engagement
