At Whittlebury Park, we are looking for hardworking team players to join our busy Kitchen team. Nestled in hundreds of acres of ancient parkland, Whittlebury offers an award-winning 254-bedroom four-star hotel, conference, and training centre. We have award-winning facilities including a 3 AA Rosette restaurant and a luxurious spa.
Salary:
£ per annum ( based on 40 hours per week)
What will you do?
As a Breakfast chef you will:
* Ensure that a high standard of preparations and presentation is achieved before any dish leaves the kitchen.
* Under the guidance and supervision of the Senior Chef and Sous Chefs prepare food, supervise, and take part in the day to day running of the section.
* Delegate to staff in their duties and keep up standards in health, safety, and hygiene.
* Make sure and check that all mis-en-place is up to date and liase with other sections with their mis-en-place and wastage.
* Be flexible in the duties required of you.
The hours of work may vary and will include weekends, and holiday periods.
This list of duties cannot be exhaustive due to the requirements of the hotel industry. Therefore, you may be required from time to time to carry out reasonable tasks as requested by management.
