About the Role
We are seeking Project Managers to join our Environmental Project Management Team. You will support the delivery of environmentally led projects across the UK, working with both public and private sector clients. The role involves managing smaller projects independently and assisting Senior Project Managers with larger projects. There are opportunities for line management and mentoring junior team members.
Your Responsibilities
* Support the development of project proposals, including scope, requirements, resources, timeline, and budgets.
* Develop and maintain project management documentation such as plans, risk registers, schedules, and stakeholder registers.
* Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress, ensuring timely delivery.
* Ensure health and safety protocols are followed on site.
* Manage contracts and oversee contract administration.
* Handle changes in project scope and ensure compliance with governance.
* Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary environmental project teams.
* Promote high-quality delivery with a focus on health, safety, inclusion, and diversity.
* Communicate project information effectively to internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Represent WSP when interfacing with clients, stakeholders, and other teams.
