The Warehouse Administrator will report to the Warehouse Supervisor, and will support to our Warehouse Team, Planning & Support Team, Customer Service and the Management Team.
LOCATION: Rutland, Peterborough
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Management of a key supplier contract including order management and cost reconciliation
2. Planning daily workload with the warehouse supervisor to ensure we meet our delivery commitments
3. Coordinating transportation details and advising on any delays or problems that may arise
4. Working with the warehouses, planning and customer service teams to achieve the business set KPI's
5. Carry Out forklift truck activities around the warehouse & yard areas when required
6. Receiving bulk lubricants into the internal tank farm ensuring that strict quality processes are adhered to when required
7. Carry Out general administrative duties that the management may reasonably request
8. Adhere to the companies ISO and H&SE procedures
Requirements
9. FLT experience and license preferred
10. 1 year experience in warehouse environment preferred
11. Must be computer literate
12. Strong attention to detail and an ability to problem solve
13. An ability to work within a team and work on own initiative
