We are delighted to share that we are now recruiting for a Standard and Audit Analyst on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract to join our Product Compliance team at Tesco.
Role Overview
Working within the Tesco Standard & Audit Team, the successful candidate will support and improve our audit programmes through data analysis. They will enhance audit processes by communicating effectively, listening carefully, and providing insightful visualisations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide proactive and reactive data analysis and reporting using data from technical audit programmes.
2. Create visualisations for audit programmes through reporting, analysis, and optimisation.
3. Interpret data trends to generate reports that drive improvements in the supply chain and support global Technical functions.
4. Identify opportunities for audit programme enhancements.
5. Develop impactful data visualisations.
6. Collaborate with Business Support functions to ensure visualisations are purposeful and insightful.
7. Test data quality and work with Technology teams to ensure data is production-ready.
8. Gather user feedback and implement necessary changes.
9. Present data trends to internal and external stakeholders.
10. Coordinate with Audit Service Providers on data management and trends.
11. Assist Audit Managers in managing audit programmes effectively.
12. Schedule technical audits, prioritise tasks, and maintain data on internal systems.
13. Support team activities and administrative tasks, including PO management and shadow audit programmes.
14. Adhere to our Business Code of Conduct with integrity and due diligence.
Candidate Requirements
1. Experience creating data visualisation dashboards using tools to build visualisations in PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and slicers.
2. Good knowledge of IT packages (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, etc.) and internal systems.
3. Degree or equivalent qualification in a science/technology-related field.
4. Industry experience in a relevant area.
