Salary – competitive depending on experience
Hours – Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week with flexible, hybrid working
Holiday – 27 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays)
About the Senior Manager / Associate Director role

We have an exciting role for a Tax Senior Manager or Associate Director with a compliance tax background to join our Northampton office. We would also consider a very experienced Tax Manager who is looking for their next step in their career.
Key responsibilities will include:
* working within the Tax team, CSD's and wider team to grow the tax advisory offering
* travelling to other offices to visit the internal team to develop their advisory offering
* spotting opportunities within the team and help develop junior staff
* managing own flow of work and delegating appropriately
* implementation of projects in support of Tax Directors and CSD's
* responding to internal tax queries from other departments
* identifying and implementing tax planning opportunities
About you
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
* 3+ years of advisory experience
* mixed tax experience with a steer to corporate tax
* ACA / CTA qualified or equivalent
* have a solid advisory background within Practice
* previous client facing experience would be advantageous
* ability to learn and develop own knowledge
* good communication skills
