Requirements Previous experience in sales, particularly with software products from companies like Autodesk, Graphisoft, or Bentley Systems. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within the architecture, engineering, or construction sectors. Strong understanding of the PropTech landscape and the ability to articulate the value of innovative software solutions to clients. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical skills to understand client needs and market trends, translating them into actionable sales strategies.
