About The Role Please note: This position is ideally 32.5 hours; however, part-time hours (approximately 22.5–25 per week, mornings) may also be considered. Support teaching and learning by assisting the class teacher in planning, preparing, and delivering lessons for individuals, small groups, or whole classes. Supervise and deliver pre-prepared activities in the teacher’s short-term absence to ensure continuity of learning. Promote inclusion and positive behaviour, supporting the personal, emotional, and social development of all pupils, including those with special educational needs. Help maintain an organised, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that supports effective learning Uphold school policies and contribute to the safeguarding and welfare of all children and young people.
