Newstaff Employment Services is delighted to be recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a vibrant nursery in Luton. This position offers the opportunity for a temp-to-perm role, allowing you to become an integral part of the nursery team and contribute to early childhood development.
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years. Your role will include implementing engaging activities that promote learning and development while ensuring the well-being of each child.
Key Responsibilities:
3. Supervise and engage children in a variety of play-based activities.
4. Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs.
5. Foster a positive environment that supports children’s emotional and social development.
6. Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and development.
7. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, providing updates and insights.

8. Level 3 Qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
9. Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
10. Strong understanding of child development and early years curriculum.
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
12. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
13. Passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
