Overview
This role provides administrative support for the organisation and delivery of recruitment and marketing activity. This work encompasses all administrative support from managing data to project management. The role requires a highly organised team player with great communication skills, who can prioritise and work independently. The work plays a key part in building a strong cohort by providing excellent customer service. The post is part of a central team delivering services which inspire trust and enhance our reputation through meaningful engagement with all audiences at every touchpoint.
Main duties and responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to co-ordinate key recruitment initiatives, including prospective student interviews and calling campaigns.
* Reporting on recruitment data to help understand marketing effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, including admissions, academics, alumni and prospective students.
* Organise logistics for a range of marketing and recruitment activities.
* Develop, manage and maintain accurate and GDPR-compliant databases and spreadsheets.
* Deal with financial transactions, maintaining financial records in line with University procedures and providing administrative support for procurement framework processes.
* Support with inductions and training and development administration as needed.
* Provide project administration support as needed, using appropriate packages and processes.
* Support with marketing and recruitment activities as required.
* Any other duties as required including attendance at events and other critical business activity throughout the year including evenings and weekends.

£27,319 to £31,236 pro rata per annum, with potential to progress to £33,951 pro rata through sustained exceptional contribution
