The Generative Media AI GTM Lead will manage our EMEA sales pursuits for Generative Media (GenMedia). You will report directly to MD, EMEA AI Sales & GTM and lead a specialized "hunter" team to acquire new customers and generate incremental revenue in untapped market segments. This role bridges high‑level GenMedia GTM strategy with field‑level sales execution, connecting product, sales, cross‑product‑area, field teams and the GenMedia community. You will transform how the C‑Suite views and invests in GenMedia and help keep Google Cloud at the forefront of creative technology.
Preferred qualifications
* Experience in Creative Agency operations or media production, with an understanding of how GenMedia transforms traditional creative pipelines.
* Experience guiding business leaders through the selection and deployment of GenMedia capabilities.
* Understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application in media.
* Ability to move between high‑profile executive engagements and tactical, execution‑based tasks to prove the model.
* Ability to anticipate market shifts and proactively develop solutions to unblock sales channels.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to stay calm and effective while working in a high‑pressure, global go‑to‑market environment.

* Execute EMEA GenMedia initiatives, directing a broader go‑to‑market strategy for growth while leveraging Google’s vast teams and resources.
* Win direct sales pursuits with key clients in Fortune 500, Media & Entertainment, Media Independent Software Vendor (ISV’s), and Ad Agencies, aligning to C‑Suite and Enterprise Buyers for GenMedia.
* Analyze trends across numerous customer engagements to identify core feature gaps and blockers that impede horizontal growth.
* Maintain an understanding of Cloud AI offerings and business best practices to ensure Google Cloud remains a trusted partner in the GenMedia space.
* Serve as the primary spokesperson for GenMedia at the executive level, walking into rooms with Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)s to explain the transformational impact of AI on creative production.
