Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple care homes in the North West.
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager / Operations Director, you will ensure homes remain fully compliant with regulatory requirements, deliver high-quality care and environments for residents, and achieve financial and business objectives. You will provide strong leadership, guidance, and mentoring to Home Managers, driving performance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support Home Managers, ensuring effective recruitment, training, and team development
* Oversee financial performance, budgeting, reporting, and business growth to meet targets
* Ensure full compliance with regulatory and legal standards, implementing action plans where required
* Monitor and improve care quality, safety, and overall resident experience
* Build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders, including regulators
* Track KPIs, analyse performance data, and report to senior leadership
* Identify development needs and mentor senior staff to strengthen performance
