We are exclusively partnering with a global medical device manufacturer to appoint a Brand Manager to support the continued growth of their portfolio within the UK and wider markets.
This is a strategic and hands‑on marketing role, ideal for someone with proven medical device brand management experience, looking to take ownership of a product portfolio and drive commercial impact.
The Role
As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategy across a defined product portfolio, ensuring strong market positioning and commercial performance.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and delivering strategic marketing plans aligned to commercial objectives
* Managing product lifecycle, from launch through to growth and optimisation
* Supporting the sales function with high-quality marketing tools, messaging and campaigns
* Engaging with key stakeholders including clinicians, KOLs and internal teams
* Analysing market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to shape strategy
* Driving brand awareness and adoption across NHS and private healthcare settings
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in brand management within the medical device sector
* Strong understanding of healthcare markets (NHS + private)
* Ideally experience within ophthalmology, optometry or vision care
* Ability to operate both strategically and operationally
* Experience supporting product launches and driving market adoption
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
