We are looking to appoint Culture Assistants on a casual as and when required basis to support our work at Durham Town Hall. WHAT IS INVOLVED? You will be a first point of contact for our visitors, you will be offering advice and assistance to ensure that all visitors have the best experience whilst with us, you will be answering questions and queries and offering directions and support when needed. You will be a people person who enjoys communicating and engaging with others, but you will also be methodical and organised ensuring administrative tasks associated with the role are undertaken and completed in an effective and timely manner.
