Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a new opportunity for a company based in Chessington, who are looking for a Customer Sales Assistant to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for a confident, articulate and customer focused individual to join a friendly and busy team.
The role will involve:
* Assisting customers face to face, on the phone, and via web and social media enquiries
* Identifying customer needs and ensuring a high level of customer service experience
* Processing sales transactions
* Merchandising
* Pricing administration
* Maintaining website listings and social media postings
* Liaising with internal departments to ensure customers receive a timely delivery
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* Previous experience within a customer facing environment
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Team player with superb customer service skills
* Highly organised and efficient
* An interest and knowledge of social media
* Physically fit and able to carry out some lifting (health and safety and manual handling training will be provided)
Working days are 5 per week, Tuesday to Saturday. Hours are 9am-6pm Tuesday to Friday, and 9.30am-5.30pm on Saturday.
