We don't let IT do it, we do it ourselves.Join us and use your expertise to become part of our team in one ofthe most beautiful industries in the world and be responsible for
* Professional and disciplinarymanagement and further development of a team of up to 10 employees
* Operational responsibility and control ofexisting IT processes
* Ensuring theprocedural and functional integrity of the IT service and ITprocess management landscape
* Monitoring andoptimization of service quality (process and system side)
* Further development of the key performanceindicator system for service level reporting and management
* Conceptualization and operationalization ofnew IT processes and IT roles
* Responsibilityfor the further development of the ITSM tool
* Creation and maintenance of guidelines and standards as well asproject, process and procedure documents
* Development and implementation of process training
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
* Completed university degree in computerscience, business informatics or comparable training
* Several years of sound professional experience in the ITsector of an international company in a comparable position
* Experience with service management tools,ideally Matrix 42 products, and very good knowledge of serviceoperations and transition
* The ability toprepare complex technical issues in a target group-oriented mannerand methodological confidence in the recording and design of workprocesses
* Experience in managing projects inthe operations and service area as well as an eye for KPIs andteamwork
* Strong communication skills tocommunicate effectively with other IT professionals and non-ITstaff
* Analytical skills, an independent andstructured way of working and a conscientious and careful handlingof sensitive information
* Hands-on mentalityto also contribute operationally
* Very goodknowledge of German and good knowledge of English
