What You'll Do:
Champion quality excellence across our manufacturing processes, bringing creativity and innovation to every project.
Apply your technical expertise and analytical skills to drive continuous improvement, cost reduction initiatives, and lean practices.
Lead cross-functional projects, collaborating with colleagues and customers alike, while demonstrating professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.
Use advanced Quality tools-FMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, Pareto Analysis, Fishbone diagrams, process mapping-to identify risks, solve problems, and implement sustainable solutions.
Take ownership of quality systems, auditing procedures, and performance metrics to ensure best-in-class standards across the business.
Who We're Looking For:
At least 3 years' experience in Quality Assurance within automotive manufacturing; experience in injection moulding is a major plus.
Degree-qualified in an engineering discipline, with a relentless eye for detail and exacting standards of quality.
A proactive, solution-focused mindset, always looking for ways to raise the bar in quality performance.
Strong communicator, able to engage stakeholders at all levels and build lasting professional relationships.
Analytical thinker, confident using data to drive decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
