Ford Fuels is a family run fuel, lubricant, and AdBlue distribution business supplying both commercial and domestic customers.
An opportunity has arisen for a Full-Time Customer Service Advisor to join our expanding Customer Service team working at our Gloucester Depot.
You will be required to work Saturday mornings for 3 hours on a rota basis, which will be paid at overtime rate.

About the role:
1. 40 hours per week
2. Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (1 hour unpaid lunch break)
3. Fully office based
4. 1st line telephone response
5. Answer the telephone to take fuel orders
6. Raise tickets for fuel orders
7. Process orders for Transport to deliver
8. Take payments over the phone
9. Direct calls to the relevant departments
10. Process group orders
11. Transfer tickets to other depots
12. Cover for raising repeat order tickets
13. Regular internal communication
14. Covering other duties as and when ...
