Hybrid working (1 day a week in the office / face to face visits) Hampshire have a backlog of assessments and require locums with skills in safeguarding, mental health, MASH and physical health as a priority to help reduce the backlog. Statutory Assessment and Planning Expertise Demonstrated experience in undertaking Section 9 Care Act 2014 assessments, identifying eligible needs, and determining appropriate care and support provisions. Skilled in completing unplanned support plan reviews, ensuring responsive reassessment and timely adjustments to care packages in line with changes in need or risk.
