As HR Change Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the People Workstream, driving meaningful change and making a real impact in aplex, unionised environment. You’ll work alongside a collaborative, forward-thinking leadership team that values innovation and partnership. We are considering candidates either umbrella or FTC.
What You’ll Do
1. Lead the people side of organisational change, ensuring smooth transitions and positive oues.
2. Manage consultation processes, harmonisation, and TUPE activity with precision and care.
3. Partner with senior leaders and engage closely with trade unions to foster trust and collaboration.
4. Take a hands-on approach – from consultations and documentation to recruitment panels.
What We’re Looking For
5. Proven expertise in employee relations, change management, and trade union negotiations.
6. Experience managing large-scale change projects (hundreds of employees).
7. CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience.
8. Higher Education experience is a plus, but not essential.
