Location: Cambridgeshire, England (Travel Required)
Responsibilities
* Enhance expertise on Gamesa, Vestas & Senvion platforms.
* Guide the team through maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.
* Ensure turbines operate at peak performance.
* Work hands‑on to solve mechanical and electrical issues.
* Collaborate with remote support to analyse data and improve operations.
* Mentor fellow technicians on wind turbine‑specific issues.
Requirements
* Level 3 Electrical/Mechanical qualification or equivalent work experience in the wind industry.
* Wind Turbine Troubleshooting Experience (essential).
* Experience resolving issues identified during walk‑downs.
* Comfortable with travel to various sites.
* Full UK driver’s license and ability to travel internationally when required.
* Physically fit, comfortable working at heights.
* Willingness to participate in a weekend on‑call rota.
