Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will take on a role of responsibility, overseeing a team of Engineers such as Electricians, Plumbers, Gas Engineers and Joiners to ensure they are trained and guided.
They will be a committed individual who are strong minded, and with an aptitude for developing their own skillset as well as that of others.
* Experience:
* Training, supporting and mentoring technicians.
* Managing engineers within a Facilities Management background.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience managing engineers.
* Ideal experience working and managing engineers within a Facilities Management background.
* A positive, professional attitude with the ability to understand and disseminate technical information clearly and effectively.
* Ability to work without supervision and always use initiative.
* Excellent communication skills.
* A Full UK Driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points and no bans within the last 12 months.
