Lead & Motivate Your Team
·Build and nurture a high performing team with a strong focus on training, development, and progression.
·Set the tone on the floor – hands on leadership, clear communication, and creating a fun, focused work culture.
·Manage scheduling, recruitment, and team performance to maintain high staff morale and low turnover.
Deliver Operational Excellence
·Ensure every shift runs smoothly – from kitchen to front of house – with consistently high standards.
·Own your restaurant’s compliance across health & safety, food hygiene, and company policies.
·Conduct regular audits, address issues promptly, and follow through on corrective actions.
Drive Commercial Performance
·Take full ownership of your P&L – control costs, manage stock, and deliver on sales and profitability targets.
·Track KPIs and performance metrics, making data driven decisions to improve efficiency and revenue.
·Roll out local marketing initiatives to build community engagement and boost trade.
Create a Brilliant Guest Experience
·Be present on the floor, engaging with guests and leading by example.

About You:
* Proven experience as aGeneral Managerin hospitality, retail, or a similar fast paced, customer facing environment.
* A natural leader who inspires confidence, positivity, and accountability in their team.
* Strong commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and driving profitability.
* Obsessed with service quality and passionate about people development.
* Confident using performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
