We are recruiting for an Office Administrator to join a growing, family friendly Financial Advice business based in the Bury St Edmunds area of Suffolk.
The business is passionate about doing what is right by their clients, with a belief that everyone should have the right to great financial advice. Joining this team will be an exciting career for someone who shares this view.
The Office Administrator role is a Part Time office-based role working 9am to 3pm (negotiable), across 3 days a week working closely with the Practice Principal to assist in the smooth running of the business.
This would suit someone looking to work around school hours or a second career.
Day to day duties of the role will consist of (but not limited to)
* Diary management
* Report filing
* Client contact
* Provider contact
Required Skills and Experience
* Good administration and organisational skills
* Good Communication skills with an excellent telephone manner
* General Office 365 skills
* Ability to work independently
Having industry knowledge is an advantage but is in no way necessary, if you have office administration experience and a great work ethic then this role is perfect for you.
