Role: Safety Specialist
Location: Warwick, CV34 6TE
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30
Salary: Up to £48,000.00 pa DOE
What You’ll Do
* Champion health and safety across Aftermarket operations.
* Work closely with site managers and technical teams to drive safety improvements.
* Deliver briefings, update SOPs, and identify risks before they become issues.
What You’ll Need
* Experience in a safety-focused role, with an engineering background
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Confidence working across teams and locations
* A keen eye for detail and a practical mindset
