As a future Fixed Income Trader, you will report to Head of Trade Execution Forex and Fixed Income, and you will be part of AXA IM Core.

The main expectation we will have from the candidate is to perform trading activity, but we are ideally looking as well for someone with a broader set of skills (interest in participating to projects, data skills etc..).
Your role and responsibilities will include:
* Trading: Provide high level of execution performance, from choice of execution protocol to counterparty selection.
* Segment expertise: Know the EM market, provide market color to PMs and other traders, know the dynamics and the players of the ecosystem, particularly our main counterparties. Be willing to trade on other segment / asset classes for backup purposes.
* Client-focused: Provide strong Quality of Service to the PM and respond adequately to requests from Senior Management or other stakeholders.
* Ensure all internal procedures and market regulations are adhered to and take appropriate actions to mitigate risks arising from the business activities placed under the responsibility of the position.
* Improvement of our Trading ecosystem: Be a source of proposal and actively involved in the projects to improve our liquidity cockpit.
* Project: Contribute to the efforts of the team on the convergence of the AXA IM trading platform with BNPP.
* Understand and conform to AXA IM's compliance requirements.

Your qualifications and experience:
* Strong experience in credit trading ideally with a specialization in EM
* Good knowledge of FI markets and trading expertise
* Good knowledge of broader financial markets
Your knowledge and skills:
* Strong communication skills with fluent English, written and oral
* Solutions orientated, proactive “can do” attitude with ability to resolve operational matters
* Able to demonstrate the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
