This is an exciting opportunity to advise a diverse range of public and private sector clients on all aspects of contentious property issues. You will handle litigation in UK courts and tribunals, including cases in the First tier and Upper Tribunals and up to the Court of Appeal, as well as provide wider advisory support. The team is involved in leading cases that have shaped the law.You will also advise on emerging areas such as the Building Safety Act 2022 and residential leasehold management, including forfeiture, service charges, and section 20 consultations. For experienced lawyers, there are opportunities to supervise junior colleagues and contribute to business development to support the team’s growth plans.What you’ll need to succeed
You will have strong technical credentials and demonstrable experience in property litigation,bined with excellent drafting and analytical skills. A proactive mindset, confidence in managing your own caseload, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team are essential. Experience or interest in supervising junior colleagues and contributing to business development will be advantageous.
