Kitchen Porter Location: @The Mole Resort Salary: 10.00 - 12.21 per hour Hours per week: 16-40 Deadline to apply: 15/11/25 Here at The Mole Resort we operate a fantastic resort set in acres of beautiful Devon countryside, jam-packed with delicious food and drink and a whole lot of exciting activities Your role is to support the kitchen operations by cleaning equipment and areas, adhering to safety regulations and guidance. To provide a speedy and efficient support service to front of house areas making sure equipment is cleaned to a high standard and readily available. What will I be doing? As a Kitchen Porter at The Mole, you will perform tasks and follow instructions given to you by a Senior Chef, to ensure a clean and hygienic kitchen. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: · To assist in maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen. · To maintain cleaning records · To comply with Health and Safety regulations, including COSHH regs. · To support the chefs on a daily basis in the collection of stock. · To keep storage areas in a clean and hygienic manner, reducing wastage where possible. · To undertake any training as required by your manager, · To keep waste areas clean and tidy. · Complete any training as required to carry out your role What are we looking for?
