Nursery Manager
We are looking for an inspiring Nursery Manager to lead with passion and integrity, ensuring the setting continues to provide outstanding early years education and care. Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire your team with warmth and professionalism
* Create a positive culture where staff feel valued and supported
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring smooth and safe operations
* Maintain compliance with the EYFS, safeguarding, and statutory frameworks
* Confidently lead Ofsted preparation and inspections
* Deliver a child-led curriculum that supports holistic development
* Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and carers
* Champion safeguarding, ensuring concerns are acted upon promptly
* Recruit, nurture, and retain a strong, professional team
* Manage staffing, rotas, records, and policies with accuracy
Person Specification
* Minimum Level 3 (full and relevant) Early Years Qualification
* GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (grades 9-4 or equivalent)
* At least 2 years' experience working in an early years setting
* Experience as a nursery manager
* Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and best practice
* Excellent communication skills with staff, children, and parents
* Calm, caring, reliable, and enthusiastic nature
