You will move beyond day-to-day maintenance to manage statutory compliance, long-term estate planning, and a dedicated site team. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Estate Planning: Develop and implement a rolling program of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and capital improvement projects. Compliance Leadership: Ensure the site meets all legal requirements, including managing the Single Central Record for contractors, fire safety, water hygiene, and gas/electrical testing. Team Management: Lead, train, and mentor the site and cleaning teams, ensuring high standards of workmanship and productivity across the school. Contractor & Project Management: Act as the main point of contact for external vendors, overseeing large-scale building works from the initial tendering process to final sign-off.
