Job Description
3. Provide administrative support to various departments.
4. Manage diaries, organise meetings and appointments.
5. Prepare and edit letters, reports, memos, and emails.
6. Manage office supplies stock and place orders when necessary.
7. Maintain a professional and organised office environment.
8. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
9. Develop and maintain a filing system.
10. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
The Successful Applicant
11. Experience as an Administrator is essential.
12. Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
13. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
14. A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.
15. Experience in a secretarial role within a Professional Services environment.
16. The ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks.
17. Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.
18. Can work part time 3 days per week and commute to Bromsgrove, Birmingham.
