Alliance Personnel are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Technologist to join one of their clients based in Birmingham.
JOB PURPOSE: To be responsible for introducing new products into bulk production as well as ensuring business database is maintained and updated.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
* To monitor, facilitate and support with factory trials of new products.
* To type and update new recipe details into company database.
* To prepare quality attribute cards for new products that need to be introduced into the factory.
* To conduct daily product panel tasting and checks.
* To support with training and implementation of new products.
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
* Food technologist background is preferable.
* Must have strong administration and organisational skills
* Should have strong work ethic with a keen interest in working with food.
* Must be computer literate with strong knowledge of Windows.
HOURS OF WORK
A flexible 8hours a day, Monday to Friday
SALARY
Up to £32,000 per annum
20 Days Holidays
TEMP to PERM 12 weeks
