Overview of the Role:
Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity in the world of shopping centres? With the chance to work with a leading property management company and their unique understanding of retail, you could be the new Centre Manager for this BRAND NEW mixed-use Shopping Centre, in Farnham.
Your responsibilities will be:
* Liaising with internal & external stakeholders, including tenants, the local community, and the landlord.
* Managing contractors in Hard & Soft Services, ensuring the highest operational efficiency.
* Managing sustainability initiatives, service charge budgets, and ensuring compliance with statutory guidelines.
This role offers the opportunity to:

* Make a direct impact on the community, supporting local initiatives where possible.
* Work autonomously, being the key onsite lead for the delivery of the highest quality of customer service.
The right candidate will be:
* Experienced in budgetary management, preferably service charge.
* Used to working in a customer facing environment, preferably retail.
* Be comfortable ensuring Health & Safety compliance, preferably IOSH qualified.
The advertised budget for this role is up to £55,000 with the possibility to go above for exceptional candidates, including a discretionary bonus scheme and further benefits.
