About the Provision A calm, supportive alternative setting for pupils across the local authority Small class sizes and a high staff-to-student ratio A safe, nurturing environment focused on helping pupils re-engage with learning A separate provision linked to a pupil referral unit You will work closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis, offering consistent support, clear boundaries, and positive role modelling.
