Maintenance Supervisor - Luxury Hotel - South Kensington
Location: South Kensington, London
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
Team Size: 5 Engineers on site
We're recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a small engineering team at a prestigious hotel in South Kensington.
Please note: Previous experience working in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment and proven supervisory experience are essential.
The Role:
* Lead and manage a team of 5 engineers across all building services
* Oversee PPM and reactive maintenance in a luxury hotel setting
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations
* Liaise with hotel management and guests in a professional, client-facing manner
* Maintain service excellence and support continuous improvement
What We're Looking For:
1. Minimum 2 years' experience supervising engineering teams
2. Previous experience in luxury hospitality (4 or 5-star hotels)
3. Strong maintenance background
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills
