An established, values‑led organisation is seeking a proactive and organised Recruitment Coordinator to support the delivery of a high‑quality, end‑to‑end recruitment service. The role sits within a central Recruitment / HR function and acts as the first point of contact for recruitment‑related queries from candidates and hiring managers.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruitment or HR coordination experience who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the first point of contact for recruitment‑related queries via email, phone and internal systems
2. Coordinate recruitment campaigns from role approval through to offer, in line with agreed service standards
3. Prepare and manage shortlisting and interview packs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
4. Schedule interviews and meetings, liaising with hiring managers, panel members and candidates
5. Update recruitment systems and tracking tools at all stages of the recruitment process
6. Support candidate sourcing activities using databases, job boards and social media platforms
7. Manage pre‑employment checks and ensure a smooth handover to HR onboarding teams
8. Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment processes and timelines, escalatingplex queries where appropriate
9. Ensure all recruitment activity is delivered inpliance with internal policies, GDPR and relevant statutory requirements
10. Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience
Essential Skills & Experience
11. Previous experience in a recruitment, resourcing or HR administration/coordinator role
12. Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
13. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
14. Confidentmunicator with strong written and verbalmunication skills
15. Proven ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
16. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
17. Customer‑focused approach with a high level of professionalism
Desirable Experience
18. Experience working within a large orplex organisation
19. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HR information systems
20. Exposure to end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including pre‑employment checks
