Salary: £36,000 - £44,500 per annum

Your role will be pivotal in creating an environment where you and your team can thrive. You’ll take on significant responsibilities, especially in the absence of the Store Manager, leading by example and inspiring your colleagues to excel.
Your Responsibilities
* Set a spectacular example for the Store Team and customers.
* Independently manage the store when the Store Manager is away.
* Lead and inspire the team to reach their full potential using our Leadership & Company Principles.
* Diligently check and manage deliveries, oversee the till area, and monitor KPIs.
* Be a friendly face for every customer, providing excellent service and addressing queries.
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety laws, standards, and guidelines.

* Excellent communication skills to engage with colleagues and customers in a friendly manner.
* A knack for time management, delegation, and problem-solving.
