Customer-Centric Junior Appliance Engineer: We are growing As a junior domestic appliance engineer, dive into the diagnosis, repair, and installation of large domestic appliances. Learn the ropes through formal training and on-the-job experience. Gradually build up to completing an average of 8 jobs a day and hitting core KPIs before graduating to a full engineer. Your focus will be on delivering service excellence, ensuring customers feel heard, seen, and well taken care of. Key Objectives, but not limited to Completing a contracted appliance repair certification. Professionally diagnosing and repairing large domestic appliances, both free standing and integrated across a multitude of brands. Accurately recording each job for future reference on our system. Receiving payment from the customer onsite. Occasionally delivering and installing large domestic appliances, both free standing and integrated, across a multitude of brands. Ensuring a clean work environment that you can be proud of, including both the customer’s house and your van. Sharing your product knowledge and expertise with our customers. Skills & Experience: Proven technical handson aptitude. Clean UK driver’s license. Willing to work alternative Saturdays. Good English written and spoken.
