The Role
The successful Teacher of Business Studies and Economics will be responsible for:
* Planning and delivering engaging lessons across KS4 and KS5
* Teaching GCSE Business Studies and A Level Economics
* Assessing progress and supporting students to achieve strong outcomes
* Maintaining high standards of behaviour and classroom practice
* Working collaboratively within the department and wider school team
This role is suitable for experienced teachers or ECTs, with support available throughout the placement.
Requirements
* QTS (or equivalent UK teaching qualification)
* Experience teaching Business Studies and/or Economics at secondary level
* Strong subject knowledge and communication skills
* A commitment to raising achievement and supporting pupil progress
* Eligibility to work in the UK and a valid DBS (or willingness to apply)
