People Partner
£42 - £50K DOE
Hybrid working - 2 days a week onsite
We are partnering with a leading Film organisation to hire a People Partner into their growing HR team. Working across a population of over 700, you will collaborate with 2 People Partners and 2 Advisors to deliver a 1st class HR service.
Whilst the client groups are to be defined, we know the role will look after a variety of business units so being able to flex and pivot your approach is essential. Partnering with your population, you will build impactful relationships and offer generalist support to managers and employees. You will coach, advise and guide managers on best practise, collaborating with the L&D team on manager training to improve overall efficiencies. You will manage a variety of ER cases, and be comfortable running PIPs, absence management cases, disciplinaries and grievances.
As the company embeds its new culture values, the role of the People Partner will be to fly the flag and lead from the front, and ensure that all employees are aligned with the organisation and its mission.
